Busing Fees
Kindergarten: Free
Grades 1 to 12: $500/student to a maximum of 4 students in one family
(Maximum busing charge: $2000/family)
**Please note - this fee is currently based on Government Grant Availability. Should the Grant not be available, this fee will need to be reassessed and will be confirmed on January 30th, 2025 following the Board Budget Review and Society AGM Confirmation
Payment Options for Busing Fees:
Paid in full: by cheque or e-transfer bcssfees@gmail.com.
or
Automatic withdrawal (10-month payment plan): complete THIS FORM by June 1, 2025. If payments are needed they will commence September 1, 2025 and continue monthly through June 1, 2026. You must divide the total amount due by 10 to get your monthly payment amount. If you have any questions, please email: bcssfees@gmail.com.

Other busing options:
Those wanting to ride the bus only occasionally have the option to purchase bus tickets (packages of 10, $10 per ride, total cost per package: $100). These passes are transferable.

Cancellation of busing requires 30 days notice. Notice must be received by the 1st of the month to be effective for the following month.
A $50 administration fee will be charged for all refunds.
