2025-26 Brant Christian School Busing Registration Form

This completed form is required to reserve a spot on the bus for Brant Christian School students. This information on this form is used for the purpose of planning routes, calculating busing numbers per bus and for health and safety reasons on behalf of the Brant Christian School Society and Southland Transport. If this form is not completed a student will not be eligible to ride the Southland Bus to Brant Christian School. Questions or concerns can be directed to the board@brantchristian.org

This completed form is required to confirm and reserve student ridership.

At this time, the Alberta Government is paying all Alternative Program Transportation costs through a government grant. This grant information is updated in the latter part of June each year.

Kindergarten: Free

Grades 1 to 12: $500/student to a maximum of 4 students in one family

(Maximum busing charge: $2000/family)

**Please note - this fee is currently based on Government Grant Availability. Should the Grant not be available, this fee will need to be reassessed and will be confirmed on January 30th, 2025 following the Board Budget Review and Society AGM Confirmation

Payment Options for Busing Fees:

Paid in full: by cheque or e-transfer bcssfees@gmail.com.
or
Automatic withdrawal (10-month payment plan): complete THIS FORM by June 1, 2025. If payments are needed they will commence September 1, 2025 and continue monthly through June 1, 2026. You must divide the total amount due by 10 to get your monthly payment amount. If you have any questions, please email: bcssfees@gmail.com.

Other busing options:

Those wanting to ride the bus only occasionally have the option to purchase bus tickets (packages of 10, $10 per ride, total cost per package: $100). These passes are transferable.
Please contact the treasurer - treasurer@brantchristian.org - for bus ticket purchase.

Cancellation of busing requires 30 days notice. Notice must be received by the 1st of the month to be effective for the following month.
A $50 administration fee will be charged for all refunds.
Due to the high demand for busing, ridership will be granted in order of registration dates.

All information is private and will only be used by Brant Christian School Society Board and Southland Transport for planning, scheduling and health and saefty purposes.
