ロードレース参加者注意事項確認フォーム

北海道警察からの指導により、ロードレース参加者は必ず事前に注意箇所を確認した上でレースに参加を義務付けられています。必ず、注意箇所を確認した上で確認の署名を6/10(火)までに行なってください。

Under the guidance of the Hokkaido Police, all participants in the road race are mandated to review the course caution points in advance.
Submission of your confirmation signature by Tuesday, June 10 is mandatory.

1. レースコースは基本的に全幅規制（上下線の規制）を行いますが、
   原則としてキープレフト順守とし、特に急こう配の下りやブラインドコーナーでのセンターライン（特にオレンジネット：センターライン上の赤ポイント設置コーナー）を跨ぐ行為、その箇所での競技者の追い抜きを禁止します。
   

   Although the race course will generally be fully closed to traffic (both directions), riders must keep to the left at all times.

   Crossing the center line is strictly prohibited, especially on steep descents and blind corners.

   In particular, do not cross the center line where red markers or orange netting are placed—these indicate high-risk corners. Overtaking in these areas is also strictly forbidden.

2. 全ての状況において緊急車両・審判車両の走行を妨げてはなりません。
   
   Riders must not interfere with the passage of emergency or official vehicles at any time.
   
   
3. コース上の定められた場所以外のゴミ投棄は厳禁です。
   
   Do not dispose of any trash outside designated zones along the course. Violations may result in penalties.
   
   
4. コース上の注意箇所はYoutubeにて紹介いたします。必ずテクニカルガイドと合わせて走行前にご確認ください。
   
   Caution areas along the course will be presented on YouTube.
   All participants are required to check these videos in combination with the Technical Guide prior to the event.
