📄 BeKids Summer Camp – Terms & Conditions
By registering your child for BeKids Summer Camp 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Fees
Full payment of $500 per week is required at the time of registration.
Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of all required information.
Campers must register for full-week sessions; partial weeks are not available.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal.
Camp fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications in the registration form.
BeKids reserves the right to send home any child who shows signs of illness or is deemed unfit to attend.
In the event of an emergency, BeKids will contact the listed guardian and seek appropriate medical care if necessary.
4. Camper Behavior
Campers are expected to behave respectfully and safely.
BeKids reserves the right to remove any child from the program for disruptive or unsafe behavior, with no refund.
5. Media Release
By registering, you grant permission for BeKids to use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes.
If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing before the start of the camp.
6. Liability Waiver
BeKids and its staff will take all reasonable precautions for the safety of all participants.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that participation in camp activities involves some risk, and BeKids is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
7. Late Pick-Up Policy
Camp hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes applies for pick-ups after 4:15 PM unless otherwise arranged.
