This is the complete application for the 2025 Walter J. Travis and Rudy Zocchi Memorial scholarships. You must enter a valid email THAT YOU CHECK OFTEN. We will make all communication through email. If you do not reply, your application results may be impacted.

1. Three current and Travis Scholarship-specific letters of recommendation must be sent by the original writers as PDF attachments to scholarshipswjts@gmail.com. All letters sent by applicants will be ignored. Do not recycle letters from other scholarship applications. Letters should NOT begin with To whom it may concern. Letters should be emailed directly from recommenders (not from applicant) to scholarshipswjts@gmail.com and should be on official company/school letterhead; when possible

2. All high school (if entering freshman or sophomore year of college study) or college (if applicable) transcripts (as detailed below) must be sent as attachments to scholarshipswjts@gmail.com. Transcripts must come from directly from the institution. At least two full years of academic achievement are required;

3. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION of application, letters of recommendation, and complete high school or college transcripts is 11:59 PM EST USA on MAY 15th, 2026;

4.If an applicant does not submit this completed application, the three letters of recommendation, and the complete transcripts, it will be considered INCOMPLETE and WILL NOT be considered;
