Pet Sitting Agreement

This agreement is made between Jayde Paws (Emma Wallace) and:

Scope fo Services

Jayde Paws agrees to provide the following:

• Daily feeding and fresh water
• Exercise and playtime
• Medication administration (if listed)
• General cleaning (litter, food areas)
• Loving care and attention

Any services beyond this scope may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

A 50% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.

Emergency Care

If the pet(s) becomes ill or injured while in my care, I will:

1. Attempt to contact the owner immediately.
2. If unreachable, I will contact the nominated emergency contact or the pet’s listed vet.
3. The owner agrees to reimburse any emergency veterinary fees.

Liability

Jayde Paws will care for pets to the best of her ability, but cannot be held liable for:

• Injury, loss, or death due to illness, escape, or behavioural issues not previously disclosed.
• Damage caused by pets to the property, themselves, or others.
