2) Conduct & Safety: All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and in alignment with the values of Unity of Gainesville, FL. Supervising adults and staff will take reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment, but Unity of Gainesville, FL is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during the event.

3) Performance Content: Performances by youth musicians are intended to be positive and family-friendly. Unity of Gainesville, FL reserves the right to review and approve performance content in advance.

4) Health & Liability Waiver: Participation is voluntary. By registering, you waive all claims against Unity of Gainesville, FL, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates for any injury or illness that may result from participation in this event.

5) Media Release: Unity of Gainesville, FL may photograph, video record, or livestream the event for promotional or archival purposes. By participating, you grant permission for your image, performance, or voice (or that of your child, if under 18) to be used in printed, digital, or online media without compensation.
