    • Keywords: Up to 10 descriptive ‘search’ keywords must be included
    • Details: Lead author’s organisation and email details must be included

Focus the weight of the abstract on the content of your presentation and not the background and context.

Poster presenters will be expected to be available at their posters during the designated poster view times during the conference.

    Early Careers Conference

You must be a BSSS Early Careers member to attend and present at the Early Careers Conference. If your abstract is chosen, we will request that you become an Early Career member if you are not already. The Early Careers Conference is free to attend for Early Career Members.

    Submissions:

You can submit for both conferences, however, you will need to submit twice with the corresponding event selected below. You can submit the same project for both conferences if you wish.

If you are currently working on your project and will be collecting results later in the year, you can still submit now and have the chance to amend your presentation closer to the conference if it is selected.

Oral abstract submissions will be open until Sunday 31 August.

Poster abstract submissions will be open until Friday 24 October.
