  • Setup Requirements

    All setup requirements for tables, chairs, coat racks, additional caretaking must go through Facilities Event Setup at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Even though the loading dock of the gallery has tables and chairs, they must be requested through the service desk to ensure they are not double booked with another user in the building.
  • The space does not come equipped with theatrical elements, but they can be used in the space with approval. Will you be bringing in any of the following equipment?

  • Layout of the Gallery

    Elevation renderings. Please note that nothing can be hung from the ceiling, draped over any pipes and must have a distance of 16" from sprinklers. Doors must be cleared from all obstructions within a 4' radius, and all egress routes to fire exits must remain clear. Failure to do so will result in the obstruction being moved without warning.
