Glam Haus Studios Photography Agreement & Consent Form

This document outlines the terms and conditions between the Client and Glam Haus Studios. By booking a session, the Client agrees to the following:

 
A. Session Fees

A non-refundable retainer of $150.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

The session fee includes the photographer’s time, creative talent, image retouching, and editing, as determined solely by the photographer. The number of final edited images delivered will depend on the package selected. Additional edits and digital images may be purchased for an additional fee.

 

B. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule their session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the session retainer.

The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.

 
C. Re-Shoots & Refunds

Re-shoots are granted at the photographer’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Re-shoots or refunds will not be offered due to:

Wardrobe issues
Uncooperative weather
Failure to follow the photographer’s instructions or recommendations

 

D. Image Archiving

Images from your session will be archived by Glam Haus Studios for a period of 12 months. After this time, all files may be permanently deleted unless retained by the photographer for promotional use. The studio is not liable for lost or damaged files due to factors beyond its control.

 
E. Payments

Full payment must be made before any orders (including digital images) are processed. Orders will only be fulfilled after the final payment has been received.

 
F. Model Release

By participating in a session, you grant Glam Haus Studios the irrevocable right to use and publish photographs of yourself and/or your minor children for the following purposes:

Copyrighting in the photographer’s name
Use in promotional materials, including social media, website, print, and digital publications
You waive the right to review or approve the final images and release the photographer from any liability, including claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

 

G. Liability

The photographer is not responsible for injuries sustained during the session. Clients are solely responsible for their safety and that of any accompanying minors or guests. By booking, the client releases Glam Haus Studios from all claims related to personal injury or property damage during the session.

 

H. Copyright & Image Use

All images are the copyrighted property of Glam Haus Studios. Clients receive a limited print release for personal printing only. This does not allow:

Commercial use
Contest entries or publication
Image alterations
Reposting on social media without proper credit to Glam Haus Studios
Copying, downloading, screenshotting, or sharing images without permission — including sneak peeks — is a violation of copyright law and will result in an invoice for each unauthorized use at the current digital image rate.

 

Photographer’s Note:
Each image is a result of my artistic effort, professional training, and equipment investment. I encourage you to share your images by tagging my official photography account rather than reposting.

I. Session Policies

No cameras, cell phones, or video recording are permitted during the session unless prior consent has been granted.
Please arrive on time.
Only individuals being photographed should attend the session.
Hair should be clean and dry and faces clean and free of any products.
