The Midway Art Association (MAA) is a non-profit organization founded to promote the arts in Utah. MAA does not guarantee that volunteers or participants will not be injured while participating in MAA activities or that everyone will be satisfied with the workshops, decisions, rules, awards, sales prices or other functions and activities. Your signature allows Midway Art Association to use your name, picture and/or pictures of your art work on our website, Facebook or brochures. Your signature releases Midway Art Association (MAA) from liability for theft or damage of your art, as well as injury or accident to you or your guests. The undersigned, in consideration of participating in the foregoing activity, hereby releases MAA from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with such activity.
