I am a commission based professional operating under the policies and expectations set by kontempo.
I am responsible for managing my own marketing efforts, client communication, and professional conduct.
I am required to maintain an active and valid cosmetology license at all times while working at kontempo.
kontempo. is not a walk-in salon. I understand that it is my responsibility to contribute to building and retaining my clientele in collaboration with kontempo.
I will adhere to the agreed-upon commission structure and salon policies, including schedule expectations, use of salon space, and conduct.
I understand that while I am not bound by a lease, professional accountability and consistency are essential for a continued collaboration with kontempo.
