Camper Health/ Physical Concerns
I do hereby give my approval to my child's participation in the Scottsburg Warriorettes Volleyball Camp June 24-26, 2025. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to our child's participation in the camp, including transportation to and from the camp. We agree to indemnify and save harmless Scottsburg High School and it's adminstrators, directors, workers, guests, and the Scott County School District 2 Corportion, employees, agents or representatives from all claims, lawsuits, or actions of any kind for any and all casualities, lawsuits, or actions of any kind for any and all casualtities, damages, or losses incurred by us resulting to our child by reason of participation in any activity sponsored by the Scottsburg High School Athletic Department. We further agree that no action will be brought by us on our own behalf or on behalf of our child for any loss or damage sustained by us or by our child by reason of participation in any activity sponsored by Scottsburg Volleyball.
