  • General Terms

    • Services are coordinated upon receipt of your request and confirmed via email. Requests submitted between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Central Time will be considered received at 8:00 a.m. the next business day.
    • All rates are per provider, per assignment. Pricing for post-production, conferences, conventions, and other staged events is determined on a case-by-case basis to reflect the specific needs of each engagement.
    • Any invoice not paid within 30-days of receipt shall incur finance charges at 1.5% per month.
    • Rates are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • On-Site Interpreting

    On-Site Interpreting

    Rates and Terms
  • $125 per hour

    • There is a 2-hour minimum per appointment, per interpreter. Services are billed in half-hour increments thereafter. Rates apply to appointments scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Certain request types or durations may require a team of interpreters. 
    • Appointments scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday, or on Federal holidays will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Specialized services (legal, STEM, CDI, tactile, multilingual, performing arts) will incur an additional charge of $75 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Requests made with less than 3-business days' notice will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per interpreter.
    • When required, travel time will be billed at the corresponding hourly interpreting rate, and any related travel incidentals will be quoted and billed to the customer on a case-by-case basis.

  • $199 first hour | $150 per each additional hour

    • There is a 1-hour minimum per appointment, per interpreter. The first hour is billed at $199.
    • Each additional hour is billed at $150 per hour, in half-hour increments. Rates apply to appointments scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Certain request types or durations may require a team of interpreters.
    • Appointments scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday, or on Federal holidays will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per interpreter.
    • Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per interpreter.

  • CART Captioning

  • $175 per hour

    • There is a 2-hour minimum per appointment, per captioner. Services are billed in half-hour increments thereafter. Rates apply to appointments scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
    • Appointments scheduled between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday, or on Federal holidays will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per captioner.
    • Specialized services (multilingual or on-site) will incur an additional charge of $75 per hour, per captioner.
    • Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an additional charge of $25 per hour, per captioner.
    • When required, travel time will be billed at the corresponding hourly captioning rate, and any related travel incidentals will be quoted and billed to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
  • Cancellation Policy

    • Services that are cancelled or changed less than 2-business days in advance (excluding holidays) of the start time of the appointment will be billed for the amount of time scheduled, or the service minimum, whichever is greater. Reserved travel time associated with the appointment will also be billed.
    • Cancellations received between the hours of 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Central Time will be considered received at 8:00 a.m. the next business day.
    • Recurring services - defined as services scheduled on a regular basis (e.g., weekly or biweekly) for a duration of one month or more - are subject to cancellation fees equivalent to two weeks of scheduled services if terminated without at least two weeks' notice.
    • Due to the extensive preparation required, cancellations for performing arts interpreting must be received at least two weeks in advance. Services cancelled with less than two weeks' notice will be billed in full.
