To be eligible for employment as an In-Home Caregiver with Pure Home Care, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

 

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Provide proof of a recent BCI/FBI background check (or consent to one being conducted).
• Have reliable transportation to and from client locations.
• Be physically capable of assisting clients with daily living activities, including mobility support, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Complete and maintain valid CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
  
  

Pure Home Care is a non-medical home health agency. While medical certifications are not required, all caregivers must demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a genuine desire to assist clients with their daily living needs in a safe and respectful manner.

Pure Home Care offers various shifts to meet the needs of our clients. When completing the availability section, please only select the shifts you are certain you can commit to working. Do not select shifts that you cannot regularly fulfill. Accurate availability helps ensure proper scheduling and quality care for our clients.

Shifts will vary between 1st, 2nd & 3rd.

All applicants are required to undergo a criminal background check in compliance with Ohio regulations for home health care workers. Even if you have previously completed a background check, you must provide a personal copy for our records.

If Pure Home Care must obtain the background check on your behalf, the cost is $40, which will be automatically deducted from your first paycheck. By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to this deduction if applicable.
