I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that this is a good-faith, non-credit-based financing agreement entered into voluntarily with Raising Phoenix Temple Inc., which includes all its auxiliary branches: Raising Phoenix Temple University, Raising Phoenix Temple Academy, Raising Phoenix Holistic Center, and the Etheric Indigenous Tribal Nation.
I understand and accept the following terms:
Non-Credit-Based Agreement
This agreement is not based on credit score or third-party financial institutions. Approval is extended in alignment with the spiritual and educational mission of Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. to make holistic, tribal, and metaphysical education accessible through trust-based finance.
Commitment to Scheduled Payments
I agree to submit all scheduled payments as outlined in my signed financing plan. I understand that my access to educational content, services, or programs is contingent upon remaining in good standing.
Delinquency & Enrollment Status
I acknowledge that if payments become past due:
- 7–14 days late: I may receive a warning or a temporary portal restriction
- 15–29 days late: A late fee may be assessed, and access to courses may be suspended
- 30 days or more past due: Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. reserves the legal right to pursue collection efforts, including but not limited to lawsuit filing, to recover unpaid tuition, fees, or services rendered. All applicable court and legal fees will be the responsibility of the Recipient
Right to Terminate or Revoke Privileges
Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. reserves the right to:
Terminate enrollment or spiritual standing
Withhold certificates, degrees, or ministerial credentials
Revoke access to digital platforms or tribal records until the account is brought current
Recordkeeping & Confidentiality
I authorize the administrative team to maintain internal financial records in accordance with IRS, tribal, and institutional policy. My payment history will remain confidential and will not be shared with credit bureaus or third parties unless required by law.
Hardship Policy & Modifications
In the event of hardship, I agree to notify the Finance Office in writing within 7 business days of a missed or upcoming missed payment. Payment plan modifications are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Raising Phoenix Temple Inc. Administration.
Voluntary Agreement
I affirm that I am entering into this financing agreement of my own free will and with full understanding of its terms. I commit to honoring my financial obligations as a sacred exchange in support of the temple, its programs, and spiritual mission.
