Exhibition Period: June 28, 2025 - July 27, 2025

Submission Period Opens: May 26, 2025 - The first 60 members to submit works will be accepted, submissions will be accepted.

Submission Period Closes: The first 60 members to submit work will be accepted to participate in the exhibit. Subject to space limitations, the curator will select at least one work from each accepted submitted work.

Notification of Acceptance/Regrets: Accepted works will be announced by June 16 and must be dropped off at the hall on June 27.

Submission Fee: There is no submission fee; there will be a $25 fee for accepted works.

Opening Reception:  June 28, 2025

Entry Rules:

• You must be a current paid Ch/Art Member.
• Artists can submit up to 2 pieces.
• One of the 2 pieces must be no wider than 20", frame included.
• All art must be inspired by the theme.
• Submissions will be jpg's of the art, maximum 2000 pixels on longest side.
• The image should be of the artwork only. Do not include the frame or mat.
• Any sales will be handled between artist and buyer; labels will be created with QR codes linking to the artist's contact info.
• Each submission should include:
  • Artist's name
  • Email
  • Website
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
• For each image submitted should include:
  • Title
  • Size
  • Medium, and
  • Price (if for sale)**
  • Images should be labeled ArtistsName_Title_Medium_Price.jpg

 ** Artwork does not need to be for sale.

Entries submitted must be original works of the artist. Ch/Art reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason deemed incompatible with the nature of its mission or that does not meet professional framing standards.

By submitting to this show, artists agree that entries submitted are their own work and are not in violation of any copyright, trademark or other similar laws and regulations. Artists will not hold Ch/Art or Chevy Chase Village Center responsible for any loss or damage to artwork while on the property of the center. Ch/Art reserves the right to reject inappropriate or improperly framed work. Artists agree to allow Ch/Art and Chevy Chase Village Center to use the images they provided for promotional purposes in digital and print materials.
