Clear Lake Experience

When you arrive in Clear Lake all attendees will meet at the Surf Ballroom (460 N Shore Dr) for the morning welcome. The Morning Immersive tours will be at the Surf Ballroom and the Memorial Crash Site Agriculture Tour. A lunch and learn will be held at Mossycup Farms and include a soap making experience. The Afternoon Immersive Tours will include a visit to Central Gardens, a tasting from 173° Distillery, and a tour Lake Time Brewery. The day will conclude back at the Surf Ballroom.

I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on these particular dates. I promise not to hold Emerge Marketing Solutions, Travel Iowa, transportation company, or any of the host communities, host organizations, immersive tour sites or their owners or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves these companies of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before, during, or after the activity. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the companies completely harmless, including financial responsibility for any injuries sustained, regardless of the cause or circumstances.I will do all in my power to obey staff and volunteers, and follow all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary.
