December 30th, 31st & January 2nd | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Ring in the New Year with a fun-filled start at our New Year Camp! From 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, students will enjoy three dynamic days of learning, movement, and creativity in a supportive and festive environment.

Each morning, students engage in indoor and outdoor fun sports to get energized, followed by exciting field trips to places like Balboa Park’s Arts Museum and Chuck E. Cheese’s. These outings offer a blend of culture, play, and exploration to inspire curiosity and joy.

In the afternoons, students take part in a variety of enrichment classes focused on creativity, critical thinking, and physical wellness. Activities include creative arts, chess, kids fitness, gymnastics, and more—providing a well-rounded and engaging camp experience.

In case of an emergency, I understand every effort will be made to contact me or the emergency contact persons listed above. In the event that we cannot be reached, I hereby give permission to the physician listed on the form to hospitalize, secure proper treatment and to order anesthesia or surgery for my child. I authorize my child to receive medical attention in the event of illness or injury. I understand that the Golden Dragon USA is not responsible for costs incurred for medical care.If you child has any medications, the Permission to Administer Medication form must be completed and given to the Hong Wu Golden Dragon Academy on the first day of each camp session. Medications must be accompanied by the original physician’s prescription with clearly written directions.*

The undersigned fully understands that my/my child's participation in the above events/classes exposes my child or me to the risk of personal injury, death, communicable diseases, illnesses, viruses, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that participation in these events/classes is voluntary and agree to assume any such risks. I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the Golden Dragon USA or its officers, employees or agents, for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my participation in the event/class from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of Golden Dragon USA or its officers, employees or agents, or any other participants in the event/class. The parties to this agreement understand that this document is not intended to release any party from any act or omission of “gross negligence,” as that term is used in applicable case law and/or statutory provision. Further, in consideration for being permitted to participate in these events/classes, I hereby agree, for myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless the Golden Dragon USA from any and all claims, demands, actions or suits arising out of the connection with my/my child's participation in these events/classes. I have carefully read this Release, Hold Harmless, and Agreement Not to Sue and fully understand its contents. I am aware that it is a full release of all liability and sign it on my own free will.
