  • Terms & conditions

    Please read and sign at the end of the contract, stating that you understand and agree to the term and conditions.

  • Deposit & confirmation of booking

    To reserve the date of your wedding or event, I require a non-refundable fee of $50 deposit. This deposit will be applied to your hair trial appointment. NO date will be guaranteed without a signed contract and deposit. Bridal party balances are due in full on the day of the wedding or event. I do except credit cards and cash. No checks please.

  • Minimums

    I require a minimum of 3 people for on location services or $285 per bridal party per stylist. (Example: If you only have a Bride plus 1 bridesmaid you would be subject to the minimum dollar amount). Please note: Travel fee is not included in minimum dollar amount.

  • Travel

  • Terms & conditions

    Travel fee is $1.40 per mile. For locations over 90 miles one way a hotel room is required 5-10 minute from the venue.

  • Cancelation policy

    I require a minimum of 60 days advance notice of cancellation of services. In the event that the event/wedding is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the scheduled event, your deposit will not be refunded, nor can it be transferred to another bridal party, service, or a future event. Furthermore, you will be held responsible for 50% of the cost of the booked service(s). Cancelations made within 14 dates will be charged 100% of the cost of the booked services. The credit card provided in the bridal contract is subject to that charge if payment has not been submitted. Please note: the bride is responsible for payment of any person in the wedding party cancelling within 60 days of the wedding.

  • Payment

    I accept all major credit cards and cash. Final payment on all services provided is due on the wedding day. No checks please.

  • Premium pricing

    Early setup before 7:30am is an additional one-time fee of $25 per stylist. Holiday booking requires an additional one-time fee of $50 per stylist. Holidays include Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. I do not book any weddings on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day.

  • Marketing

    By initialing, you are authorizing Hair by Rachel Christman LLC to use photos that may be taken by myself and staff for use on my website and social media. *Additional wedding day images you wish to share are always appreciated and can be sent to hairbyrachelchristman@gmail.com.

  • Additional Information

  • *Hair must be clean and 100% dry.

  • *Please do not flat iron hair as it makes it can make it difficult for the hair to hold a curl.

  • *A robe or a button-down shirt works best to avoid pulling clothing over the head once the hairstyle has been completed.

  • *Adding additional services on the day of wedding or event is usually acceptable if time permits. Advance notice would be appreciated whenever possible.

  • *To ensure completion of all services in the contracted amount of time, a schedule of services and times will be provided by Hair by Rachel Christman LLC.

  • *Bridal Party MUST be present and on time. If the bridal party is not on time or prepared, all services scheduled may not be completed in the time allotted. For all services scheduled and not completed due to client tardiness, the credit card on file will still be charged.

  • *Special occasion styles pertain to updo, half up, down with loose curls, braids, etc... The majority of special occasion styling takes about the same timing to ensure longevity.

  • *If on location a clean, safe environment with minimum of 1 table near an outlet are required per stylist to allow for tools and equipment.

  • *By signing this contract, the bride is claiming responsibility for the full payment amount due based on the total number of people scheduled for services. (Example: if the bride confirms 10 people are scheduled for services, but only 7 come, the bride is contractually obligated to pay for confirmed party members even if they are not in attendance.) And agreeing to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
