Profession of Faith: If you have never been a member of any church, you may unite by professing Jesus Christ as your Savior.

Transfer: If you are a member of another church, you may unite by requesting that your membership be transferred to The Village. Provide the name and location of the church you are transferring from.

Restored: If you have been a member of The Village or another church at one time but have been inactive.

Affiliate Member: If you are a member of a United Methodist Church in another city but are residing in this area, you may unite as an affiliate member. You will maintain membership in your home church but be under the pastoral care of The Village.

Associate Member: If you are member of another Christian denomination in another city but are residing in this area, you may unite as an associate member. You will maintain membership in your home church but be under the pastoral care of The Village.
