The following GUARANTEED EARLY BIRD pricing is available through June 14, 2025. Once Early Bird has ended, your booking and reservation will be subject to the current pricing for our sailing. The best available stateroom will be booked for you upon payment of your deposit.

Travel insurance is recommended, however, you are encouraged to explore third-party options before purchasing directly from the cruise line.

All prices listed below are per cabin, based on double occupancy. Gratuities are NOT included.

4V Interior - $2,168.82 per cabin
2J Central Park Balcony - $2,558.82 per cabin
4D Oceanview Balcony - $2,672.82 per cabin
2D Oceanview Balcony - $2,974.82 per cabin

STATEROOM DESCRIPTIONS:

4V INTERIOR - There are no windows in this stateroom.

2J CENTRAL PARK BALCONY - These staterooms overlook "Central Park" and do not have a view of the ocean. Think of a multilevel mall.

4D OCEANVIEW BALCONY - These staterooms are located aft and forward (front and back of the ship) and have balconies with a view of the ocean.

2D OCEANVIEW BALCONY - These staterooms are located midship and have balconies with a view of the ocean.

PLEASE NOTE:

Pay your full cabin deposit by June 7, 2025, to be entered into a special drawing.
After June 14, 2025, the price and deposit amount is subject to change until your reservation is confirmed
EACH GUEST on the reservation should be prepared to pay the deposit on the same day. The stateroom cannot be held without the full deposit.
We only have a limited number of staterooms in each category, so be sure you book EARLY.
There will be an additional cost for CEs. This cost will be included in your Sail Away Seminar package.
There will be an additional cost for pre-cruise and post-cruise transportation and pre-cruise activities. For your convenience, these costs will be included in your Sail Away Seminar fee and will be presented in packages so that you can choose the package that best suits you.
There will be an additional cost for pre-cruise hotel accommodations. Each traveler will be responsible for reserving their own hotel at either the DCRA host hotel (TBA) or a hotel of your own choosing. Please note that transportation will only be provided to the host hotel.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The information required for cruising will be forwarded to our dedicated Travel Agent (TA), Carrie Garcia. She will email you another form to capture any remaining information that is required by Royal Caribbean.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM BEFORE OUR TRAVEL AGENT WILL BOOK A CABIN FOR YOU IN OUR GROUP BLOCK.

You will confirm your preferred stateroom category with Carrie.

You will pay the appropriate deposit to Carrie. Your reservation and booking is not secure until you have paid the required deposit.

Deposits for all stateroom categories is $250 per person. Solo travelers will be required to pay a double deposit of $500. This is normal for most cruise lines.

You may set up a payment plan with Carrie if you'd like to have that convenience.

FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR CRUISE FARE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 2/13/26 AND IS SUBJECT TO ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S CANCELLATION POLICY.

DCRA will contact you to collect the fees related to the Sail Away Seminar package of your choice.

Your Sail Away Seminar package fee is in addition to your cruise fare and MAY include up to 10 CE hours for reporters, pre-cruise events, and post-cruise events, based on the package you choose.

Continuing Education hours may be presented virtually or in person, on land or at sea, and may occur on multiple dates rather than one day.

FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR SAIL AWAY SEMINAR PACKAGE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 16, 2026. DCRA WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE PAYMENT OF THIS FEE AFTER YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BOOKED YOUR CRUISE CABIN.

Due to vendor contracts, only your CE portion of the Sail Away Seminar fee is refundable up to the final due date, based on DCRA's refund policy.
