WHAT TO EXPECT
The information required for cruising will be forwarded to our dedicated Travel Agent (TA), Carrie Garcia. She will email you another form to capture any remaining information that is required by Royal Caribbean.
YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM BEFORE OUR TRAVEL AGENT WILL BOOK A CABIN FOR YOU IN OUR GROUP BLOCK.
You will confirm your preferred stateroom category with Carrie.
You will pay the appropriate deposit to Carrie. Your reservation and booking is not secure until you have paid the required deposit.
Deposits for all stateroom categories is $250 per person. Solo travelers will be required to pay a double deposit of $500. This is normal for most cruise lines.
You may set up a payment plan with Carrie if you'd like to have that convenience.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR CRUISE FARE IS DUE NO LATER THAN 2/13/26 AND IS SUBJECT TO ROYAL CARIBBEAN'S CANCELLATION POLICY.
DCRA will contact you to collect the fees related to the Sail Away Seminar package of your choice.
Your Sail Away Seminar package fee is in addition to your cruise fare and MAY include up to 10 CE hours for reporters, pre-cruise events, and post-cruise events, based on the package you choose.
Continuing Education hours may be presented virtually or in person, on land or at sea, and may occur on multiple dates rather than one day.
FINAL PAYMENT FOR YOUR SAIL AWAY SEMINAR PACKAGE WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN APRIL 16, 2026. DCRA WILL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE PAYMENT OF THIS FEE AFTER YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY BOOKED YOUR CRUISE CABIN.
Due to vendor contracts, only your CE portion of the Sail Away Seminar fee is refundable up to the final due date, based on DCRA's refund policy.
