As the Parent or legal Guardian of the Participant named above, I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF THE PARTICIPANT PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES
ASSOCIATED WITH G@E Entertainment at 168 King Street, Temuka, New Zealand 7920.
In addition:
1. I certify that the Participant is physically fit with no issues of long-term injuries, has sufficiently prepared, and has not been advised to not participate by a qualified
medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems
which preclude their participation.
2. It is understood and acknowledged that participating in activities (gel blasters, NERF guns, laser tag, archery, motorised water guns) involves the risk of personal injury, damage, death or loss of property, and all and any risks of personal injury, damage, death or loss of property are expressly assumed and accepted by you.
3. G&E Entertainment, its volunteers, employees and contractors are held harmless and released from any and all responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind whatsoever sustained by the Participant or by any other party directly or indirectly arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Event.
4. I understand and agree that none of G&E Entertainment, its volunteers, employees and contractors may be held liable in any way for any personal injury, damage, death or loss of property or other matters that may arise in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Event.
5. I acknowledge that I will be liable should there be damage or loss caused by the
Participant to any of the G@E Entertainment equipment or other property, and for any damage or loss caused to any of the property of the landowner where this Event is held.
