Instructor Application Information – 2025 Wellness Festival
Thank you for your interest in applying to be an instructor at our upcoming Wellness Festival!
Due to a limited number of time slots and our goal to curate a well-balanced and diverse schedule, instructor selections will be made based on how each proposed session aligns with the festival’s overall programming needs.
Each session will be 45–50 minutes in length. Possible session formats include fitness classes, yoga, seminars, demonstrations, mindfulness or meditation experiences, and workshops that support physical, mental, or spiritual well-being.
While we may not be able to accommodate all applicants as scheduled instructors, we’re excited to offer every applicant the opportunity to participate as a vendor, allowing you to share your unique gifts, services, and expertise with our community in a meaningful and engaging way. Selected instructors will receive a payment of $65, which will be issued on Monday, September 1, 2025.
A photographer will be providing optional headshots for each instructor. The day and time of this photo shoot will depend on the majority of the instructors availablility so please select the day/ time you will most likely be available.
Please note that all applicants must be available for both the festival date on August 17, 2025, and the rain date on August 24, 2025, to ensure program continuity.

Instructor Notifications & Schedule: June 18, 2025 (Headshot options are June 21st or 29th)
Vendor Opportunities: Applicants not selected for instructor slots will be notified and provided with vendor application information on the same date.
