If your appointment is in less than 2 weeks, I will need to know: Do you have a Sunburn, Blemishes, or Shingles? If you have any of these or blisters or acne on the tattoo site, we can talk. List which, if so:

For those always thinking ahead:

Realistic timing for a PMU tattoo appointment and pricing will be figured out upon in-person review AND the realistic outcome may include needing a touch-up to achieve desired results. Results depend on each person's skin, interest in being conservative or not tattoo wise, dedication to the "wet" 10 day healing process and the client's choices to avoid sweating and sun exposure during healing. Also, following the artists advice the day of the treatment. The treatment can last up to 1-3 years!
I have read the timing and pricing information above and understand that pricing will be given at my in-person consultation AND timing can vary from 4-6 hours. Best estimates can be given after you Submit this Form!
