Party Rentals Agreement

1. Rental Items
This agreement covers the rental of the following party items, as selected in the booking form:
Tables, chairs (black metal folding), bounce house (white, open front), throne chair, 10x10 metal backdrop frame, table runners (variety of colors), white table covers, and white chair covers.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the event date and time provided in your booking. Items must be returned or made available for pickup at the agreed time.
3. Responsibilities
• Renter agrees to use all items responsibly and for their intended purpose only.
• Renter is responsible for ensuring all rented items are protected from weather, theft, and damage.
• Renter must supervise the use of the bounce house at all times (no sharp objects, shoes, or food inside).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the event for a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 72 hours will result in loss of the deposit.
• No-shows or cancellations on the event day will be charged the full rental amount.
5. Damages & Loss
• The renter is financially responsible for any damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items.
• A damage/loss invoice will be sent, and payment is due within 7 days of receipt.
• Minor wear is expected, but significant stains, tears, or breakage will incur charges.
6. Payment & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery/pickup, unless otherwise arranged.
7. Agreement
By signing this agreement, the renter agrees to all terms listed above.
