DEPOSIT PROCESS:
You will be charged a HKD1,000 deposit to hold your appointment. When your appointment is confirmed email or message with the instructions on how to proceed the deposit. You must pay your deposit within 24h of your appointment being scheduled or your appointment will be cancelled.
Your deposit will go towards your tattoo's total cost. Payments for the balance can be taken by bank transfer or cash on your appointment day
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- cancellation Policy: if you cancel within 24h of your appointment, you will not be able to use your deposit towards your rescheduling, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- No-shows Policy: If you are no-show or more than 30min lates to your appointment, you will not be able to reschedule, and I'll keep your deposit
- Re-schedule Policy: If you want to reschedule your appointment, you'll need to do it at least 48h before your appointment date. Only one rescheduling will be accepted
DESIGN PROCESS
Final designs will typically be sent 2 to 3 days before your appointment. Please be as concise and clear as possible with your design description to make sure I'm going in the right direction for your design. For more complex projects, we can set up brainstorming sessions to work on the design together. if you wish to update the drawing, we can have 2 rounds of updates for free. Aditionnal changes will be charged HKD500 per drawing.
If you would like to totally revamp the idea, another HKD1,000 deposit will be asked as the project will be totally different and we need to start the process all over again. It will also affect the date of your appointment and we might need to reschedule depending on the project
