2025 Stiegl Summer of Radler Cocktail Competition

STIEGL RADLER COCKTAIL SEASON HAS ARRIVED!

Just in time for summer, we're excited to announce the return of our hugely popular Stiegl ‘Summer of Radler’ cocktail competition, now in its sixth year and bigger than ever. For the first time, the contest is open not only to bartenders and mixologists, but also to the general public across the UK.

Entries are now open, inviting beer lovers and budding mixologists alike to create their own unique cocktail using either Stiegl Grapefruit Radler or Stiegl Raspberry Radler. The winning entry will take home a £1,000 cash prize and a year’s supply of Stiegl Radler.

The competition culminates in a live final on Thursday 17th July, hosted on the rooftop terrace of Boundary London, where the final five cocktails will be tasted by a panel of expert judges.

Renowned for producing some of the most eminently refreshing beers on the market, Stiegl mixes its iconic Goldbräu lager with homemade grapefruit soda for the Grapefruit Radler and raspberry lemonade for the Raspberry Radler. Both are delicious on their own, but also make excellent bases for seasonal beer cocktails.

All you need to do is get your thinking cap on and your apron and ingredients at the ready. Entrants will be limited so contact your Beer Ambassador for details and let us know if you need some Stiegl Grapefruit or Raspberry Radler to play around with.

What could I win?

· The winner will receive £1000 and a beer everyday for a year.

How it works

· Open to the general UK public as well as any bartender/mixologist working in the UK

· Apply via this site, fill in the basic application form, upload details of the cocktail, the recipe, ingredients, method and an image of the cocktail with the Stiegl Grapefruit or Raspberry Radler Can featuring prominently

· The deadline for entries is Friday 27th June 2025

· Once entries close, an initial paper judging will take place to shortlist a minimum of 20 creations

· These will then be put forward to a vote on social media with the five most popular progressing to the live final

· This live final will take place on Thursday 17th July, with industry experts on hand to judge the drinks and to announce the winner. The winner will receive £1,000 and a beer a day for a year.
