    The form is structured in order to capture all the information we need in order to consider your application in line with the objectives of the trust.  It is vital that you provide this information so that the trustees can understand the potential impact and benefit of the grant money, and decide which applications will be awarded funding.

    We accept grant applications from Reserve and Cadet units across Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and West Sussex. It is essential that the applicant unit is located within a county that we support.  Applications with addresses outside these counties will not be considered.

  • Every application requires authorisation/sign off by an officer not below the equivalent rank of Major or some other person with higher authority. 

    The authorising person below cannot be the same as the applicant: {ranktitleOf} {applicantName}.

    The authorising person should be appropriate and have authority to approve this application and must be in a more senior role than the applicant.  For example, in CCFs the authorising person could be the unit commander, headteacher or chair of governors.  In cadet units the authorising person could be the CO/OC, chairman, treasurer or headquarters commander.
