Volunteer Agreement

At the request of the Volunteer, Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom agrees to provide a record of service completed by the volunteer.

As a Volunteer, I have read and agree to the following statements:

1.   I understand that my actions reflect on the integrity of the Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom [MSPIB] organization.

2.   During my time volunteering for MSPIB, I agree to maintain my appearance, language, and deeds in accordance with the expectations of polite society.

3.   I agree to be punctual and to honor any commitments made to the MSPIB Volunteer Program.

4. If I am unable to attend a scheduled Volunteer Activity, I will give notice ahead of time to the MSPIB Volunteer Coordinator assigned to the project.

5.   If I am unable to reach the MSPIB Volunteer Coordinator, I will contact the MSPIB Executive Director by phone at 740-464-0203 or by email at director@mspohio.org

6. I pledge to hold harmless MSPIB, MSPIB employees, board members, representatives, and my fellow volunteers in the event of the destruction or loss of personal property, personal injury, accident, or death that may occur during my participation in the MSPIB Volunteer Program.
