Event Registration Terms and Conditions: Aaron Marshall Guitar Clinic 2025
Registration Process:
1.1 To participate in the Aaron Marshall Guitar Clinic 2025 ("the Event"), attendees must complete the online registration form available on the official event website or any designated registration platform.
Event Dates and Venue:
2.1 The Event will take place at Bsync Hall, 26A Jalan Permai, Off, Jalan Robson, Heights, 50460 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur on 14th June 2025 during the hours of 5PM - 9.30PM.
2.2 The venue for the Event will be specified on the official event website and in any communication sent to registered participants.
Event Participation:
3.1 Registered participants must present their registration confirmation (digital or printed) upon arrival at the Event venue.
3.2 Entry to the Event is subject to venue capacity limitations and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.3 The Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant from the Event premises for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behavior or failure to comply with Event rules.
Payment and Refund Policy:
5.1 Payment for purchased items must be made at the time of purchase via online payment vie Debit / Credit.
5.2 All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
5.3 The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the Event, including sale items and prices, without prior notice.
Liability Waiver:
6.1 Participants attend the Event at their own risk. The Event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by participants during the Event.
6.2 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times during the Event.
Privacy Policy:
7.1 Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Event and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7.2 By registering for the Event, participants consent to receive communications related to the Event, including but not limited to event updates and promotional offers. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
