As a condition of entry into or volunteering at any TPHC activity, it must be understood that participants and volunteers enter entirely at their own risk, and will not hold the TPHC, its directors, members or volunteers responsible for injury to yourself or horse(s), loss, or damage occurring during any club activity. Proper riding footwear is required by all persons regardless of age, participating in all horse related activities. They must have a heel, and fit properly in the stirrup, with enough room to remove from stirrup quickly if needed, All riders 18 years and under must wear an approved riding helmet.
Participants agree to release, discharge, and undertake to not commence action against the TPHC and all claims and clauses of action or liability of any kind whatsoever for injuries, property damage, or death, which results from participating or volunteering at any TPHC activities. TPHC does not assume responsibility for loss of wages, medical, dental, veterinary, or hospital care for participants, horses, officials, or volunteers during TPHC events.
By electronically signing this waiver, you, the undersigned agree for yourself and/or minors you are parent/guardian for, any medical treatment required for yourself and/or horse, your personal insurance and funds shall pay for all incurred expenses. The Released Party (TPHC) will not be held liable for any suits or claims of any kind.
By signing below you agree for yourself and all minors you are responsible for, that you acknowledge and accept all the risks of possible accidents and physical injuries in all equestrian events and activities, and will not hold the TPHC directors, members or volunteers responsible for injuries to yourself or your horse(s), loss or damages suffered while participating in any activity or service offered by the TPHC.
I hereby grant the TPHC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in all its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING THAT FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I, MY CHILD, MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTIVES, ADMINISTRATORS AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES (TPHC).
