  • AVA Artisan Market Inventory Change Out Schedule

    2025 - 2026

    All artworks on display in AVA's Artisan Market must be routinely changed out according to the scheduled weeks below. 

     

    August 5th, 2025 by 11:59pm - Submissions Due

    August 26th - 30th, 2025 - Artwork Drop Off

     

    December 9th, 2025 by 11:59pm - Submissions Due

    January 6th - 10th, 2026 - Artwork Drop Off

     

    April 7th, 2026 by 11:59pm - Submissions Due

    April 21st - 25th, 2026 - Artwork Drop Off

     

    August 4th, 2026 by 11:59pm - Submissions Due

    August 25th - 29th, 2026 - Artwork Drop Off

     

    Return of unsold artwork is the responsibility of the artist. If return shipping is necessary, artists must communicate directly with AVA staff to facilitate the timely return of artwork, and shipping must be arranged and paid for by the artist. Any expired artworks not claimed within 90 days of the prior Market Inventory change out will be retained by AVA and disposed of at the discretion of AVA staff.

  • Please include up to 20 examples of the artwork you would like to display in AVA's Artisan Market. AVA Staff will contact you directly after each submission due date to notify you of which submitted artworks were selected for inclusion in the Artisan Market. Artists may submit up to 20 artworks for consideration, but it is the discretion of AVA Staff to select which artworks will display.
