Junior Coaches are energetic, committed leaders-in-training who play a hands-on role in creating a positive and engaging camp experience. As a Junior Coach, you’ll actively participate in cheerleading activities—including stunts, choreography, tumbling drills, and group warm-ups—while supporting lead coaches with setup, group transitions, and camper engagement.
This role is designed for those ready to take on more responsibility while continuing to grow as athletes and mentors. Your presence sets the tone for younger participants, and your contributions help our camp run smoothly, safely, and joyfully each day.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading warm-ups and assisting with daily cheer routines
- Participating in stunts, choreography, and tumbling instruction
- Assisting with group rotations, camper check-ins, and snack/lunch breaks
- Helping with setup and breakdown of camp materials
- Supporting lead coaches with behavior management and encouragement
- Setting a positive example through attitude, effort, and teamwork
