Homeless Project Scotland is seeking compassionate and reliable volunteers to help with telephone and admin support either from the comfort of your own home or in one of our national offices.
In this vital role, you will:
Answer and make calls to support vulnerable and homeless individuals
Send and respond to emails
Assist with general admin duties to help coordinate frontline support
Every conversation matters. You’ll be advocating for those in crisis, connecting people to life-saving services, and helping us manage urgent cases across Scotland.

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Basic IT and email competency
Good time management and reliability
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
