Internal concealment cannot be completed if the installation is being done over a traditional or gas fireplace. Instead, external concealment or the installation of a new electrical outlet can be completed to hide all cords.

“Our Extra Care Maintenance Plan provides you with coverage after the 90 days for any faults with Auxe supplied inventory or the installation itself. For example if there is a faulty mount, a wire strip comes loose, or the mount becomes unlevel for whatever reason, we will come back free of charge and make sure it is taken care of. I just have to mention any mounts and/or products that are not provided by us are not included in the Extra Care coverage.”
