At BOMA San Francisco, we believe that education is the cornerstone of professional growth. That’s why we are proud to offer scholarship opportunities to our valued members. Our scholarship program is designed to empower our members by providing financial support for course registration and materials. The BOMA San Francisco Philanthropy and Scholarship Committee reviews all applications based solely on merit. Please complete the application and submit it accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a BOMA San Francisco member in good standing
- Demonstrate commitment to a career in CRE and continuing education
- Attend the BOMA SF Annual Meeting in October 2025, where you will be formally recognized as the scholarship winner
Scholarships Available:
- RPA | The Design, Operation, and Maintenance of Building Systems, Part I Class (specific dates: 8/12, 8/14, 8/19, 8/21, 8/26, 8/28)
- Foundations of Real Estate Management Class (specific dates: 9/18, 9/19, 9/25, 9/26, 10/3, 10/9, 10/10, 10/16, 10/17, 10/23)
- RPA | Ethics Is Good Business (specific date: 11/20)
The scholarship includes registration fees, a printed book and the one time designation fee towards the RPA designation.

Scholarship Awards MUST Be Used Towards 2025 Classes

Application Requirements:
- Complete this online application
- Submit a personal statement outlining:
  - Motivation for applying
  - Career goals and how the scholarship will support them
  - Commitment to fulfilling scholarship requirements
- Upload a current resume (PDF format)
Applications will be solely judged by their submissions. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All questions must be answered, and all required materials submitted.
