The "Narrative Healing" project is a 90-day virtual therapeutic book club designed explicitly for Black men dealing with trauma. The program integrates narrative therapy, literature, and reflective writing to facilitate healing and community-building. Sessions begin on Monday, 7/21, at 6pm and will meet weekly for 2 hours.
Breaking down taboos, exploring intimacy authentically, and creating a safe space for open, transformative conversations about sex, relationships, and pleasure. Sessions begin on Tuesday, 7/22, at 6pm and will meet every other week for 1 hour.
This group provides a supportive space for individuals with ADHD to learn coping strategies, improve focus, and connect with others facing similar challenges. Participants will gain insights on managing time, staying organized, and reducing impulsivity. Sessions begin on Monday, 7/21, at 12pm and will meet weekly for 1 hour.
This group is for young adults seeking to strengthen their romantic relationships. Focusing on communication, trust-building, and emotional intimacy, couples will learn tools to navigate common relationship challenges in their early years together.
