The plan details and benefits are listed on the attached pamphlet. To become a sponsor, please complete the following:
- Complete the sponsorship form above.
- Pay sponsorship fees as listed above. Payment may be submitted by:
  - Check made payable to “SOBEM USA” and mailed to Showers of Blessing, USA, 41817 Albrae Street, Fremont, CA 94538
    **Please write “SOBEM Sponsorship Program” and sponsorship level in the memo (ie. SOBEM Sponsorship Program - Gold).
  - Bank Transfer or Zelle ($2,000 daily limit): info@sobem.us; Tel: 510-786-4588 Please leave your name, email, phone number, address and sponsorship level in the memo
- Provide a high resolution (minimum 300 pixels) color transparent and a black and white png file of your logo along with a brief one or two-line description of your organization.
