New Student Interest Form
Private lessons are one-on-one with instruction taking place on-site. Students are invited to bring their scale or rhythm assignments from school or any ensemble pieces to work on during their lesson. All students should have their own instruments in order to practice at home between lessons. Students should bring their instruments to their lessons each week with the exception of piano and percussion students.

Fee: Current fees are located in our program guide. No credits or refunds are given for missed lessons.

Location: Either the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road or Elev8 Dance Center, 1104 S. Roselle Road.

Frequency: Lessons are once a week for 30 minutes.
Private Piano (7y+)

Beginner lessons focus on piano basics; learning to read notes, reading rhythms, playing scales, playing basic chords and learning other tools essential to play any style of music. Intermediate lessons will progress students to the next level. Piano students should have a piano or keyboard at home to practice.
Private Percussion (7y+)

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, the instructor will meet you at your level. We will work on technique, rhythm and counting. Percussion students should at least have a practice pad at home and should bring their drum sticks to lessons.
Private Voice (7y+)

Instruction will focus on breath control, pitch, articulation, posture and stage presence. Numerous genres will be covered. Students are required to purchase music after the evaluation in the first class.
Private Guitar or Bass Guitar (9y+)

Learn to play in the style that interests you, including classical, rock, jazz, country and folk. We will cover the basics, including tuning your instrument, chording, strumming and reading chords.
