Catherine DiNuzzo, MA is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice, who also operates Sacred Heart Mental Wellness. Catherine utilizes traditional cognitive-behavioral counseling practices all through a Catholic lens. Catherine is faithful to the Magisterium and operates her practice in that same manner. She earned her Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. Prior to her private practice, Catherine worked for several years in both schools and in agency counseling, specializing in helping clients to overcome anxiety and depression, as well as other concerns. She has spoken internationally on the topics of mental wellness, as well as for FOCUS, EWTN, EWTN-Vatican, EWTN-Ireland, Radio Maria (and many other Catholic radio stations!), Catholic Sprouts (and many other Catholic podcasts!) and more. ​Catherine and her husband, Dave, live in a small rural town in the middle of Kansas with their four amazing children. 

Allison Gingras is a Deacon’s wife, mom of three, and a Catholic media specialist working with Holy Cross Family Ministries as Director of Digital Evangelization. She hosts "A Seeking Heart with Allison Gingras" podcast and co-hosts "Catholic Momcast". Allison is an award-winning author, including the "Stay Connected Journals for Women" series with Our Sunday Visitor and "Encountering Signs of Faith" with Ave Maria Press. She has also contributed to a number of books, including "The Ave Prayer Book for Catholic Mothers", "Called by Name Devotional", and "The Catholic Mom’s Prayer Companion". She shares her faith with humor and honesty on ReconciledToYou.com.

Liz Cotrupi-Pfunder is a wife, mom, Catholic musician, songwriter, and speaker who has been travelling nationally to spread the love of Christ for the past 10+ years.  With a Master's Degree in Theology, music from her original album "Unglued," and a passion for worship, she seeks to see lives changed and hearts transformed by Jesus.  She has ministered at numerous Steubenville Youth Conferences, LifeTeen Camps, Diocesan Faith Rallies, and retreats for a wide variety of ages.
