You have been selected to continue to participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador Program. This is an exciting opportunity to increase your knowledge on Samsung products, and further enhance the customer experience in your
While in this role, Samsung & PCC will look to you to educate and train your colleagues and customers on the Samsung knowledge you acquire. A minimum 1-year commitment in this program is required. Program duration is 1 year from June 2025.
You will receive a new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Smartphone, for your use while you're in the program, in order that you may discover and explore features to share with your customers. This Smartphone that Samsung & PCC has provided to you is to be used with the following conditions:
- The DEVICE belongs to the Samsung Elite Ambassador Program, not the individual, and remains the property of PCC. The device and accessories must be returned to the store if you no longer employed with PCC, or if you change store locations.
- The DEVICE will be used as your primary device on your PCC company demo line on the sales floor for the duration of the retail seeding program. (unless otherwise approved to be on a personal line)
- The Samsung Elite Ambassador is responsible for driving handset knowledge and understanding of the features and benefits of Samsung to their team and customers on an ongoing basis.
- The DEVICE cannot be sold or given to someone outside of PCC at any time.
- If the demo device is lost or stolen, you are responsible for replacing the device to the equal model & capacity. You must report this to your dealership's Samsung prime contact (Rylan MacDonell) as soon as possible.
- If the demo device is damaged, you are responsible for repair or replacement of the device to the equal model & capacity. You must report this to your dealership's Samsung prime contact (Rylan MacDonell) as soon as possible.
- At the completion of this program, you will be required to return the demo device to your dealership's Samsung prime contact (Rylan MacDonell) unless told otherwise.
The Samsung Elite Ambassador will:
- Participate in Webinars on relevant topics, such as new product announcements
- Engage with Samsung Marketing Reps/S+ App each week for news, important updates and content
- Participate in ALL trainings as communicated by Samsung, throughout the seeding period vis S+ App and select in-person events or webinars. These trainings will provide you with a deeper level of product knowledge, technology use, and will assist you in providing the best customer experience by exploring ways to connect with customers and demonstrate solutions that meet customer needs
Trainings will be provided in a combination of webinars, e-learning/micro learning, F2F (Face-to-face) with FMR and Samsung sponsored events. Non F2F training will be deployed through your learning platform/Telegram and Samsung Plus. The Samsung Elite Ambassador will:
- Access LMS and the other learning platforms Samsung provides to keep your knowledge up to date and refine your skills
- Be able to effectively demonstrate the current line-up of Samsung Galaxy Smartphone, as well as ecosystem solutions to your customers
- Share what you learn with your in-store team and inspire them to deliver the best customer experience possible
- Proactively engage with the Samsung Elite Ambassador community and share best practices
- Be the primary resource for questions in store and regularly provide feedback to Samsung via communication with FMR and/or National Ambassador Program Manager
- Maintain the Samsung areas in your store, ensuring they are clean and demo devices are up to date and functioning correctly
- Participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador chat platforms
- Participate in the Samsung Elite Ambassador monthly Missions
The Samsung Elite Ambassador Program runs for 1 year. Selection and re-nomination by PCC is based on the Samsung Elite Ambassador performance in the program throughout the year.
The Samsung Elite Ambassador is exclusive to this Program and cannot participate in any other competitive ambassador
