I, ________________ , one of the People, as seen in the 50 State Constitutions (Republican in Form), Sui Juris, do present this Notice that you provide due care to those with all political power, the People.
Please take Notice the People have assembled to consult for the common good and realize our duty and authority to instruct our servants and trustees in all areas of government. (Bolded for emphasis) (See evidence below)
Colorado Constitution Article II Section 24: The people have the right peaceably to assemble for the common good, and to apply to those invested with the powers of government for redress of grievances, by petition or remonstrance. (Bolded for emphasis)

Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order, and demand you publicly acknowledge the Peoples' Inherent Right and authority to instruct all of our servants and trustees in government. If you believe any of the above claims are untrue, rebut by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within (7) days, showing your Constitutional grant of authority to usurp/infringe on the Peoples' Inherent Rights. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law and agree to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice, to be bound thereby, and agree that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence of truth in all courts of record.
