PEOPLE'S CHOICE SPOTFUND SETUP - Due Saturday, May 24, 2025
As discussed at the Spring Forum, we will use SpotFund for our Miss Ohio 2025 People’s Choice online voting process.
Each of you must create a SpotFund PROFILE specifically for online voting. This is separate from the American Heart Association or any other profiles you created within SpotFund.
After you go through the initial step screen, you can login to your existing SpotFund account with the same email address/Facebook Login you used for your AHA account. This will allow you to easily manage multiple profiles from one account.
The setup will be prefilled with a goal amount of $500. Since the goal amount will not be visible, you can leave it at $500.
Enter the CAMPAIGN PAGE TITLE as your First and Last Name with no spaces and be sure to capitalize the first letter of your first and last name. So Stephanie Finoti should be entered as StephanieFinoti
If you already have a profile with your first and last name, add PC to the end, for example StephanieFinotiPC
DO NOT include your Title, Year, OH, etc. Just your name!

Once your profile has been set up, please submit this form!
Everyone needs to set up their profiles by Saturday, May 24th, so we can start promoting on May 28th.
Your profile will be active as soon as it's set up, but DO NOT PROMOTE YOUR PROFILE UNTIL THURSDAY, MAY 29TH, after we start promoting on social media on Wednesday, May 28th.
We will email you on Tuesday, May 27th, with more information to prepare for our social media public announcement.
