By signing this agreement, the client agrees to provide Flowerwall with professional photographs taken during the event featuring the rented flower wall. In exchange, Flowerwall offers a $30 discount on the rental service.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Photo submission: The client agrees to deliver a minimum of 10 high-resolution photographs featuring the flower wall within 15 days after the event.
2. Usage rights: The client grants Flowerwall the right to use the submitted photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, website content, and advertising.
3. Photographer's consent: The client confirms that the photographer has granted permission for the use of the photographs as described above.
4. Discount application: The agreed-upon discount will be applied to the final invoice upon receipt of the photographs.
5. Liability: The client releases Flowerwall from any claims related to the use of the photographs provided.
