Ignite Transportation – Ride Waiver & Liability Agreement

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below for all services provided by Ignite Transportation, a private group ride service operating under non-commercial, reservation-only terms.

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a private group ride and agree to release Ignite Transportation, its owners, employees, drivers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances

• Missed events, reservations, flights, or appointments

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

• Any physical injuries, including slips, falls, or other incidents in or around the vehicle

I understand that:

• All passengers must remain seated and wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion

• Open alcohol, smoking, and vaping are prohibited inside the van

• Any violation of this rule may result in an immediate end to the ride and a $250 fine

• Any excessive cleaning or damage to the vehicle will result in additional charges to the booking card on file

• The driver reserves the right to end the ride early without refund if guest conduct poses a safety risk or violates policy.

I acknowledge that:

• Ride time begins when the van arrives at the designated pickup location, regardless of guest readiness

• A 15-minute grace period is offered

• If the party is not present or not ready after 15 minutes, the ride is considered forfeited with no refund

• Extra time may be requested in advance or added (subject to availability) for an additional charge

• Ride ends at the final drop-off — loops, extra destinations, or after-hours detours are not permitted unless pre-arranged.

I understand that:

• Each ride includes up to two stops: pickups, drop-offs, or optional photo ops or store visits

• Any additional stops must be requested and approved in advance

• Stop time is counted toward total ride time

• If the group separates or delays return at a stop, the clock continues running — extended wait times or lost guests may result in additional charges or a ride termination at driver discretion

• Ignite Transportation is not responsible for items or passengers left behind at any stop.

If any guest under 18 is present:

• A legal parent or guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf

• All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult

• Ignite Transportation is not responsible for supervising or ensuring the safety of minors.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this private ride, including but not limited to:

• Riding in a moving vehicle

• Entering and exiting the van

• Engaging in stops or walking in unfamiliar areas

• Riding in mixed group settings (if applicable)

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ignite Transportation and its affiliates against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorney’s fees) that may arise as a result of my participation, actions, or conduct during the ride.

I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms voluntarily. This waiver applies to the entirety of the ride, including before pickup, during transport, and through final drop-off. No verbal agreement overrides this document.
