Market Partnership Fee
Payment required at time of sign up/application.
If for any reason at the discretion of The Cozy Cottage an application is not approved the market fee method paid will be issued a refund within 72 hours of non-approval.
Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Vendor/Artisan Spaces
Canopy required. White Canopy preferred, but not a must.
Standard Space: 10x10 to 12x12 canopy allowed with standard fee
Canopies must be weighed down with weights. Spikes are prohibited to protect the irrigation systems.
Electricity is NOT provided standard. If electricity is required email us to discuss arrangements.
Larger or multi-space setups: Contact us for accommodations at an additional fee
Set Up / Take Down
Set Up: Begins at 9:00 AM on market day. Do not start setting up until you have checked in with either Melinda or Wayne.
Must be fully set up by 11:00 AM
Take Down: At 4:00PM (no early takedown allowed)
Clean Up:
All trash must be placed in provided receptacles
No disposal of boxes or large items.
Please take out what you take in.
***NO vehicles on the lawn spaces***

Extensive promotion through:

Social media
In-store flyers
Community outreach (town postings, libraries, stores, etc.)
Vendor Participation Encouraged:
Like, share, and comment on market posts for maximum engagement

Participation without insurance is at your own risk.
