The Cozy Cottage Boutique proudly showcases over well 100 talented Artisans.

The Nook, our adjoining space, hosts community workshops, creative classes and events.

We are passionate about bringing together local makers, artists, and small businesses to help build a stronger, more vibrant community in Pembroke and surrounding towns.

 

🎨 Special Note: Fee Waivers Available

We proudly offer FREE vendor spaces to the following participants:

 Young Artisans (15 or under)
➤ Only items made by the child may be sold in their designated area.

The Cozy Cottage & The Nook Market Agreement & Guidelines

 

Location

The Cozy Cottage & The Nook

600–610 Washington St.

Pembroke, MA 02359

 

Market Partnership Fee

Daily Fee: $25.00 per day

Current Cozy Cottage Artisan Rates: $25.00 per day or reduced rate of $40.00 for two consecutive days.

Payment required at time of sign up/application.  
If for any reason at the discretion of The Cozy Cottage or The Nook an application is not approved the market fee method paid will be issued a refund within 72 hours of non-approval.

Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

 

Vendor/Artisan Spaces

Canopy not required to participate

Canopy and non-canopy spaces will be arranged aesthetically

Standard Space: 10x10 to 12x12 canopy allowed with standard fee

Canopies must be weighed down with weights.  Spikes are prohibited to protect the irrigation system.

Electricity is NOT provided standard.  If electricity is required email us to discuss arrangements.

Larger or multi-space setups: Contact us for accommodations at an additional fee

 

Set Up / Take Down

Set Up: Begins at 9:00 AM on market day

Must be fully set up by 11:00 AM

 

Take Down: At 3:00 PM (no early takedown allowed)

 

Clean Up:

All trash must be placed in provided receptacles
No disposal of boxes or large items

 

Parking Guidelines

One vehicle per vendor.

Vendor Parking Locations:

Left side of The Nook lot
The Cozy Cottage Store lot
Along the road in front of The Nook (in front of boulders)

Important Notes:

Park vehicles as close together as possible
NO parking on the right side of The Nook lot (reserved for customers)

***NO vehicles on the lawn spaces***

 

 Market Advertising

Extensive promotion through:

Website
Social media
In-store flyers
Community outreach (town postings, libraries, stores, etc.)
Large roadside signage (15ft+)

Vendor Participation Encouraged:

Like, share, and comment on market posts for maximum engagement

 

Disclaimer

(Primarily for food truck & food vendors). Licensing & Permits:

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and providing proof of all required state and local licenses/permits/day permits etc.

Failure to provide proof prohibits market participation.

Insurance:

Not required, but strongly recommended
Vendors are not covered by The Cozy Cottage, The Nook, or affiliates
Participation without insurance is at your own risk.
