  • Thank you for your interest in our summer programming! We are so excited for this immersive opportunity to introduce young people to new creative mediums!

    The mission of The Novelty Collective is to make art accessible, illuminate the value of art, & empower the artist to create. Through our day camps, we hope to inspire our students, challenge them, expand their imaginations, & teach them valuable skills that will enable them to express their creativity in powerful new ways.

  • Schedule Format

    Summer Arts Day Camp runs according to a block schedule. Students may attend as few as only 1 class, & up to 2 classes per day each week of camp. Students are highly encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early before each class.

    Snacks will be provided at gathering time & during group lesson between classes.

    Class Size & Availability

    Space is limited to five students per class, & will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Please have your child pick a first choice & a second choice for every block they are interested in attending.

    Student Art Showcase

    Classes occur between 2:00pm - 5:00pm, Mondays through Thursdays during camp. On Fridays from 6:00pm - 8:00pm, the students will present what they have learned & created in front of friends & family. Students should arrive 30 minutes early to prepare.

    Family is invited! We hope you will join us to celebrate the students' achievements. You are welcome to invite others to attend, as well.

  • Photo Permission

  • We often have professional photos taken during programs & events, or a staff member will be running around getting pictures with his or her phone. The Novelty Collective uses photos to tell our story so we can share all of the wonderful things happening here & celebrate with our comunity. Photos are also important to our fundraising efforts. Photos may be used in our organization's newsletters, web content, & other media. However, we respect the privacy of all our program participants & their families. No photos of our students will be taken or shared without the express permission of their parents or guardians. By checking the box below, you are consenting to give us permission to take photos of your child & use them for the aforemention purposes.
