This form should take about 15 minutes to complete, and is designed to provide me with enough basic information to have a high-level conversation about your training goals.
At the end of the form, you'll be able to select a time slot for our discovery call. If you don't see any appointment slots that works for you, don't worry -- just suggest a few days/times and I'll get back to you.
Our discovery call will last about 20 minutes. We'll talk about what training woud look like for your unique situation, and you'll have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Afterward, if you choose to proceed with training, I'll ask you to provide more detailed information about your household and dog(s) so that we can hit the ground running in your training sessions.
