Library patrons may fill out this form requesting books (physical books not eBooks) from other libraries in Pennsylvania. Please use this form if the book you want is not owned by the Lewistown Library or by the Kish Library in Belleville.

Mifflin County Library is not able to request books from outside of PA.

An interlibrary loan book may be borrowed for 3 weeks and cannot be renewed.
