This form should be completed by recipients of non-compliant notification letters received within the last year. Requestors acknowledge they have not fulfilled the obligations outlined in their agreement with NORA. Majority of NORA's obligations require a residential structure be constructed within 12-18 months from purchase date (depending on the year in which you purchased it from NORA). If you are requesting an extension after the compliance deadline has passed, please be prepared to provide NORA with substantial evidence that a residential structure can and will be built within the 180 day extension period (if your extension requested is approved by NORA). Incomplete request forms will not be processed and will be considered null and void upon receipt.
NOTICE OF EXPLANATION

For any required document that you are unable to provide to NORA, you are required to upload a signed and dated letter of explanation for each missing item.

Incomplete extension requests will be considered invalid and NORA will not process them.

CONSTRUCTION PLANS - These plans should confirm what is being built. If construction plans are not available, a signed contract with a building contractor will suffice.
